What is the North Point Outdoors design process?
Our landscape designer will meet at your home to discuss your wants and needs. They will evaluate the work space, taking measurements of the area along with your home and any existing decks or patios. Pictures will be taken of the space and your home. Once the initial information is gathered the designer will build out your project in our 3D landscape design program, taking into account property setbacks and obstacles such as septic tanks and leach fields.
During our initial meeting we begin to discuss your budget and intended investment into the project. From there we provide plans and images for your feedback and review. Once you approve a design we begin the estimating process and provide a detailed, transparent and professional proposal. If everything looks good and we've met your expectations we work together to accept the proposal and move into the scheduling and production phases.
Before you know it we will turn our 3D plan into reality and you will be enjoying your new swimming pool for years to come.
