4th Avenue - North Point Outdoors

We are currently underway on a multi-year commercial landscape and irrigation installation at the Hudson Logistics Center in Hudson, NH, in partnership with Clayco, Inc. The $5.05 million project kicked off in 2024 and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The scope includes planting over 600 shade trees, 1,800 evergreens, 4,000 shrubs, and more than 4,600 groundcovers and grasses, wetland buffers, upland restoration zones, shoreline buffers, and a newly constructed wet pond throughout previous 36-hole golf course site.

More than 6 million square feet of meadow and turf areas are being installed using a blend of hydroseeding, drill seeding, and native seed applications. A commercial-grade irrigation system is being built to support interior lawns and planting zones, while restoration areas are designed to establish naturally. Integrated maintenance and watering programs are active during the construction timeline to ensure successful plant establishment and sustainability.

During construction and the establishment period of the turf, meadows, retention areas and plantings, Our Landscape Maintenance division is providing weekly maintenance, turf care, irrigation services, temporary watering, and large field mowing of the 140 Acres of meadow and turf. We utilize specialized equipment such as Ventrac wide area mowers and large water trucks to promote the vigorous growth and development of the landscape. The ability for North Point Outdoors to simultaneously deploy installation crews and maintenance crews is of value to the project because of our ability to produce the installation while also caring for it without impacting schedule.
